Winter Green Smoothie
(Serves 2)
3 cups chopped kale leaves
2 pears, peeled, de-seeded and chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
2 inch piece of fresh ginger root
1 cup water 1-2 cups of ice
1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Drink up!
